Smoke weed and need a j.o.b.? Apply at Amazon. They are the nation's second-largest private employer behind Walmart, and recently announced they are changing their hiring stipulations because several states have legalized cannabis. In other words, they are no longer testing for marijuana use. That seems like a pretty good reason to me.

Believe it or not, the merch giant was actually sued this year in March, after a man from New York sued them for taking back his warehouse job offer when he tested positive for marijuana. By the way, Amazon's new rules on hiring workers doesn't go for all drug use. They plan to continue testing for other substances and drugs. In addition, on-the-job "impairment checks” will continue as well.

Puff-puff, pass me an app!
