Families Helping Families of Swla Annual School Supply Drive

Families Helping Families of SWLA will be holding their Annual School Supply Drive via Zoom this year! As with every year, all the supplies are available for
students receiving Special Education Services with an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and attending school in Southwest Louisiana who are in need of basic school supplies.

To request school supplies, please call the Families Helping Families of SWLA office at 337-436-2570 or 1-800-894-6558. You must register and attend a webinar and show proof a current Individual Education Plan (IEP) before being eligible to receive your child’s supplies.

• Fax a copy of the first page of the IEP to Fax 337-436-2578 or,
• Email a copy of the first page of the IEP to info@fhfswla.org or,
• Mail a copy of the first page of the current IEP to Families Helping Families of SWLA, 2927 Hodges Street, Lake Charles, LA 70601
