Louisiana It Looks Like Sean Payton Will Be Coaching Next Season
The elephant in the room since Sean Payton stepped down from the Saints is whether he would ever coach again and would he return to New Orleans. It looks like we now have our answer.
Adam Schefter and many other NFL insiders just broke the news that Sean Payton could be heading to the Denver Broncos as it seems the two teams are working out the terms of Payton being moved to Denver.
Being a Saints fan this news is a gut punch. I will forever be grateful for what he did for our state and our football team. I never thought I would ever see the day that the New Orleans Saints would be NFL Champions, and he gave that to all of us. On the other hand, I feel betrayed, because I would've loved for him to retire a Saint. Maybe I'm too emotional about this, but I do wish him well. Thanks for the memories Sean.
