It's about that time! The 2023 Daylight Savings Time ends on Sunday, November 5, at 2 a.m., or set your clocks back 1 hour before you go to bed on Saturday night. I wish we could stay in Daylight Savings Time.

This was supposed to be the final fallback year, at least for Louisiana. Governor John Bel Edwards had approved legislation to make Louisiana one of many states that keep longer days. Though the U.S. Senate passed the bill, it is being held up in the House.

I always feel like I have to rush to get everything done before it gets dark in the fall. Do you? Next year, we will spring into Daylight Savings Time, which will kick in on Sunday, March 10, 2024, and end on Sunday, November 3, 2024.
