Hip Hop Diva and businesswoman Megan Thee Stallion is continuing to represent Houston with her recent announcement of teaming up with Popeye's for the introduction to the Hottie Sauce. This will be something new that can be added to go along with your Chicken Strips, Chicken Sandwich or Chicken Nuggets.

The official rollout will be on October 19th and is made with honey, cider vinegar, and Aleppo pepper. Regardless of the contents, it's obviously a little too hot and spicy for me. But you know I may have to give it a go and see what it's like. Along with the announcement to Twitter, Megan also announced that she asked Popeye's to make a donation to Houston nonprofit Houston Random Acts and they agreed. Megan was truly excited about the news and the partnership as she made the announcement and shared her happiness on Twitter earlier today, and also shared the news of becoming a franchise owner as well.

That's what you call doing boss moves and truly proud of what she is doing for the culture and music of Hip Hop. Many artists prior to her didn't have the opportunities to have endorsements, and definitely not the chance to become owners in a business that is already making millions, so this is a step in the right direction. Of course with good news, you will also have a few who will disagree with decisions being made as we can see below.
