The Iowa Fire Department has been doing their part in of this horrid coronavirus. They have kicked off an event called the Sleeves Up Vaccination Event. They had one that was supposed to happen last week, but due to the weather, they had to cancel and reschedule for this Tuesday, April 20.

From early indications of the weather, it seems like things will look nice with no clouds in sight. So if you are interested, make sure you are at the Iowa Fire Department at 115 North Thompson Avenue to get your first vaccination.

There is no appointment necessary, and all you need to do is show up. They will be administering the shots from 9:00am am til 3:30pm, so pass the word, then show up and show out to help protect yourself and family members from COVID.
