The Chennault International Airshow will return to SWLA this June, and here are the changes to the event you need to know before attending.

The U.S. Navy Blue Angels are the main event attraction this year. There's also word the Blue Angels will feature new aircraft as they perform their heart-stopping show this year. Also performing will be the U.S. Navy Parachute Team, F-22 Raptor fighter jet, Liberty Jump Team, Aeroshell, Kevin Coleman Aerosports, C-47 aircraft, the shockwave jet truck, and many more.

There are some changes to the event this year. Instead of parking and walking into the airpark, spectators will be allowed to park their vehicles on the airpark grounds and enjoy the show with their own group, tailgate-style. Everyone will have their own private spaces and there will be plenty of room for chairs and ice chests.

Tickets are sold by the car load, not the individual, and start at $50. They will only be sold online and in advance of the show. There will be no same-day tickets sold. You can purchase your tickets here.
