Registered Sex Offender Arrested for Rape and Indecent Behavior With a Juvenile

A Lake Charles man convicted in 2005 of oral sexual battery has been arrested for 1st-degree rape and indecent behavior with a juvenile.

According to the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office, they received a complaint in December of 2018 from the mother of two girls, a 10-year-old and 8-year-old, regarding Randy R. Gallow, 42, 718 Tallow Rd., Lot 13, Lake Charles, a convicted registered sex offender. Investigators learned Gallow had inappropriate sexual contact with the 10-year-old girl and used his cell phone to show inappropriate sexual images to both the 10-year-old and the 8-year-old girls while they were visiting at his home in May 2018.

Gallow was arrested and booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center on Tuesday, January 8, and charged with 1st-degree rape; and indecent behavior with a juvenile. His bond is set at $750,000.

Gallow was reportedly convicted of oral sexual battery in 2005 in Baton Rouge, LA.
